It's a great morning. I'm driving up to Muswell Hill at 8 am to prepare for a Sourdough Class at Tim Moss kitchens. The golden rising sun is reflected in my mirror and the skies of London are slowly lighting up. In the car I have two proving loaves ready to load into the hot Aga oven, 24 mixing bowls, fermenting 'mother', some Shipton Mill flour and all the stuff to keep 5 people occupied all day making 5 different kinds of sourdough bread. The result? Just look at the pictures. Looking forward to the next one in February.
